Visit Horsham Museum & Art Gallery during the summer months and enjoy a summer of history.
The Museum offers visitors a series of galleries featuring artefacts spanning prehistory to the present day. You can also enjoy an art gallery dedicated to the work of talented local artists and beautiful walled gardens, all open free of charge.
Blue Star Harriers – 100-year display
Horsham Museum will launch a display celebrating the 100-year history of the town’s running and athletics club, the Blue Star Harriers. Learn all about the club’s history and development as well as some of the athletes who have represented the Harriers over the years. The display will open on the evening of Friday 18 July until Saturday 27 September.

The time-traveller challenge
Family groups can take part in the time-traveller challenge during the summer holidays and journey through history with a different themed craft each week. Visitors can pick up a time-traveller passport and get a stamp for each craft activity completed.
The craft activities begin with prehistory week on Tuesday 22 July and continue until Friday 29 August where the craft will focus on the Horsham of the future.
Crafts cost £1 per participant and can be booked online through the Museum website.
There is also a free trail around the Museum for younger visitors to discover different aspects of the Museum’s collection.

Museum Lates
The Museum Lates return for a third year, with a fantastic programme of talented musicians to entertain guests.
Starting on Friday 13 June, the Museum will open until 8pm one Friday each month for a Museum Late event.
There will be live music and a licensed bar in the garden from 6pm and the galleries remain open until 8pm. The Museum Lates will take place on Friday 13 June, 18 July, 15 August and 12 September.
