This year stickers for garden waste bins won't be issued, instead our crews will identify paid subscriptions using technology in our collection vehicles.

Your Council Tax, our share
Horsham District Council is responsible for collecting your Council Tax. Of your payments we retain 7.5% to deliver our services for residents.

Discounts and exemptions are available to help people to pay their Council Tax.

We do send text messages about outstanding Council Tax payments. Our text messages will never ask for personal or financial information.
