Priority Service Register

Joining your energy and water supplier’s Priority Service Register means you’ll be able to get a range of support when you need it, such as priority support in an emergency.

You can join your supplier’s Priority Services Register if you have reached state pension age, are pregnant or have young children, if you’re living with a disability or a long-term medical condition, as well as a number of other situations.
