Our services
It can be easier than you might think, and our team can support you throughout the process.
If you are interested, we offer two schemes for landlords, managed leasing or letting services:
Leasing
You lease your property to us for three to five years. We pay you a guaranteed rental income and take care of tenant management, inspections and some maintenance.
Lettings
We find you a tenant for your property who pays you rent at Local Housing Allowance Rates. Our team will assist with maintenance enquiries and provide ongoing support to help ensure the tenancy is successful.
