We are proud to announce that we have been officially recognised as a Disability Confident Leader.
This accreditation is the highest level under the Government’s Disability Confident scheme. This milestone marks a significant step in our ongoing commitment to building a workplace that is inclusive, accessible, and supportive for everyone.
The Disability Confident scheme encourages employers to think differently about disability and to take positive action to improve how they attract, recruit, develop and retain disabled people. As a Disability Confident Leader, we have demonstrated not only a robust and proactive approach to supporting disabled employees but also a willingness to champion disability inclusion beyond our own workplace.
Achieving Leader status involved an independent validation of our policies, practices, and culture. It recognises our efforts in key areas such as accessible recruitment, tailored workplace adjustments, manager training, inclusive communications, and strong partnerships with disability organisations and networks. We are also committed to helping other organisations on their Disability Confident journey – helping to build a broader culture of inclusion.
