Community Link is our support service to provide residents with a range of affordable assistive technology.

One of our most popular products is the SEVEN Digital Lifeline alarm. This can be paired with other accessories in the Community Link suite to create the perfect package to keep you independent at home.
The SEVEN Digital Lifeline alarm and pendant

This alarm, with its linked wrist worn or pendant trigger, can be used in your home, enabling reliable emergency assistance from our alarm receiving centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Extensive compatibility
SEVEN can connect with a wide range of accessories as part of a comprehensive personal safety system tailored to you.
Within the home
Fall Detector
The Pearl Advanced Fall Detector activates the alarm unit automatically if you fall. Worn as a pendant around your neck, it is ideal if you are unable to press a trigger.
Epilepsy Sensor
This smart Class 1 medical device is designed to detect movement associated to Tonic- Clonic seizures from beneath your mattress.
Bed Occupancy Sensor
Bed Occupancy Sensors are weight-sensitive and can provide reassurance by alerting family or caregivers when you move off or fall from your bed.
Chair Occupancy Sensor
This sensor measures the duration of time that you are out of your chair. If you do not sit back down within a pre-determined amount of time, it will notify our receiving centre.
Property Exit Sensor
Suited to those who may leave their property and put themselves in danger, the Property Exit Sensor alerts the receiving centre if you have left your house and not returned.
A selection of the motion sensor devices can also be provided to operate as standalone equipment, with alarms or pagers that can alert family or carers to an incident in the home.
Out and about
Mindme GPS watch
This wrist worn GPS tracker can link directly to our alarm receiving centre with a discreet panic button.
Footprint GPS tracker
The Footprint is a GPS tracker with an SOS button and two- way communication. Your location can be monitored by family members as well as by the receiving centre. These are excellent devices for helping service users living with Dementia.
Chiptech GO
A wearable device with 4G cellular and GPS connection, enabling you to be located if you press the button or trigger the alarm with a fall.

Adding to the safety net
We combine alarm installations with a free smoke detector from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, which we link to the receiving centre.
The Community Link service is regulated and audited by the TEC Services Association using a robust “Quality Standards Framework” and exceeds the essential criteria.
