The results are in from our recent Mystery Customer Programme, delivered by external customer experience experts and fully funded by Horsham District Council in partnership with Your Horsham.
195 assessments were conducted across Horsham District high streets over two waves, to gain insights into customer experiences at different businesses.
Across all participating businesses, we saw some fantastic results, with an average score of 90.5% and many locations demonstrating exceptional commitment to customer service, product knowledge and overall experience. Businesses were praised for their professional approaches and appealing displays.
