Edition: July 2025
We have published our new Economic Prospectus and Business Charter documents as part of a new Economic Development Framework, called Enterprising Horsham.

Enterprising Horsham is the Council’s new plan for building a thriving local economy.
Our ‘One Council’ approach will help us improve our working relationship with the business community, encouraging better co-ordination across all our services to ensure every department collaborates to support the local economy. It means:
- Greater collaboration so businesses can access the most effective support.
- A focus on bringing forward appropriate commercial spaces that attract inward investment.
- A Council that works with businesses to encourage retention and growth.
Representative stakeholders will be invited to join a group that drives the Charter’s alignment of the Council’s services to local needs.
