Joining your energy and water supplier’s Priority Service Register means you’ll be able to get a range of support when you need it, such as priority support in an emergency.
You can join if you have reached state pension age, are pregnant or have young children, are living with a disability or a long‑term medical condition, as well as a number of other situations.
