We are currently working with housing associations to provide homes to households in the District.

However, if you have an empty property that you are looking to rent or lease, consider working with us at Horsham District Council to make a positive impact for households in the District, by providing an alternative form of housing options.

Our leasing and letting services

If you are interested, we offer two schemes for landlords, which include, either managed leasing (where you lease your property to us for three to five years) or letting services (where we find a tenant for your property, and they pay you rent directly).
