Edition: November 2022

Would you like a rewarding role where no two days are the same? We could have just the job for you.

CEOs

Civil Enforcement Officers play an important role improving local neighbourhoods, keeping our roads safe and ensuring that efficient traffic flows are maintained across Horsham District. We take care of car parking provisions, enforce parking zones, provide school safety patrols and manage the technology that helps keep our streets free-flowing and our economy thriving. Patrols are both on foot and mobile.

No two days are the same for a Civil Enforcement Officer. We liaise closely with other agencies and council departments to provide holistic solutions to problems in our neighbourhoods. We will provide opportunities for you to develop yourself and reach your true potential. Other benefits include 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, additional Saturday working allowance, a generous benefits package, an online platform offering retail discounts and a contributory pension scheme where the Council contributes 20% of pensionable salary.
